Project Case: Aluminium Doors and Windows Project for KKT Apartment Complex, Johor Bahru, Malaysia

This project involved the supply and installation of an aluminium door and window system for the large-scale KKT Apartment Complex in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with a total contracted area of 22,000 square meters for aluminium doors and windows. The project fully utilized the minimally designed 38 Series casement window system.

  • From a Design Perspective: The 38 Series casement window system is centered around a philosophy of clean visual lines and superior functionality. Its narrow-profile design maximizes daylighting and views, perfectly aligning with the minimalist aesthetics of modern apartment buildings, while also ensuring excellent air tightness, water tightness, and acoustic performance.
  • From a Production Perspective: All window profiles and components were manufactured using standardized, large-scale production processes. Through precision machining and strict quality control, thousands of window units maintained consistent accuracy and quality, laying a solid foundation for efficient on-site installation.
  • From an Installation Perspective: The project innovatively adopted a "sub-frame" installation method. This approach allowed civil construction and window production to proceed concurrently. Once the preliminary civil works were ready, the finished window sashes could be rapidly fixed onto the pre-installed sub-frames. This technique significantly saved on-site adjustment and installation time, boosted overall construction efficiency, and effectively reduced potential damage to the finished products from cross-trade activities.

This door and window system provided a beautiful, uniform, and durable facade solution for the entire apartment complex, while guaranteeing outstanding performance.
