This project provided a comprehensive aluminium door and window system solution for the KDS project in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with a total contracted area of 24,000 square meters. The project utilized the high-performance 50 Series casement system and featured a custom-developed, cost-effective 135 Series sliding door/window system specifically designed for this project.

• From a Design Perspective: The 50 Series casement system offers excellent air tightness, water tightness, and acoustic performance, thanks to its multi-point locking and sealing design. The tailor-made 135 Series sliding door was specifically engineered to enhance structural strength and sealing capabilities. Through innovative track and sealant design, it significantly improves wind resistance pressure rating while maintaining a smooth sliding experience, making it ideally suited for the local climate.

• From a Production Perspective: The 50 Series products underwent standardized precision manufacturing to ensure consistent quality. For the 135 Series sliding door, dedicated mold development and profile structure optimization were conducted. This approach achieved exceptional performance in strength, sealing, and service life while strictly controlling costs, resulting in a product with outstanding cost-effectiveness.

• From an Installation Perspective: Both series were installed following standardized procedures. Clear installation details and comprehensive on-site guidance ensured regulated and efficient construction.
